Interestingly, the way it's worded, you discard as well. In a 2-player game where both you and your opponent have 7 cards, you would discard three, your opponent would discard three, then you would draw 6. It's almost Red like that, but it's also perfectly sensible blue-black.

It works well with discard cards.

I was thinking each opponent, but I like it slightly counter-intuitive because combos are born from strangely worded cards.
