The "prevent all damage..." ability is reduntant with the "Prevent all damage and put a +1/+1 counter..." ability.

I like this a lot - seems fair and there are great combo possibilities and synergies (Grove of the Burnwillows?). Flavor-wise, does she really deserve 2 power? I'd make her a 0/2 with, T, Target player gains one life.

I was mostly just following the trend of the mane cast being all rares. You are correct in that it would be an uncommon. I would add something else but there is so little room on the card already.

Maybe. But I feel like maybe something could be added if you cut the flavor off from the bully sentence up. It seems like it wouldn't really hurt it.
