UPDATE 11/11/11 - Reminder text, final numbering.

Nice way to troll people when in a counter war, or when they attempt to buff creatures during damage step.

Awesome art by Vij-8 [link]

Honestly there would be no need for the reminder text ([link] Example)
Reminder text is purely for very complicated or weird matters or for abilities, and there are two slight problems with the wordings.
"Exile each other spell." would be correct and the other ability would be:
"Each player loses 1 life for each spell exiled this way."
Example: [link]

Interesting card btw.

All spells on the stack?

"Exile all spells on the stack."
That's what you mean, right?

it doesn't need to say that, a card is only a spell when it's on the stack, so by mentioning the stack, it's just a redundant waste of space. (like most Magic players, lol)

This is the correct wording.
See Mindbreak Trap. [link]

A card is a spell only when it is on the stack. When cards are on the battlefield they are permanents.

Think of it as a counterspell, except instead of the card they cast going into the graveyard, it gets exiled.

I did not know that.
Consider myself learned from this experience.

Sorry bro.
Carry on.

No problem, man.

Don't worry about not knowing that, I didn't know until I had played Mindbreak Trap trying to exile my opponents creatures. :3
