I love the last ability, Flavorful and following the banishment mechanic while alluding to the elements of harmony. Great stuff.

I like this a lot. The -4 ability seems overcosted, given Elspeth Tirel's -2 - you can use that on the first turn without killing her, and they cost the same. I'd say make the -4 ability a -3. Everything else is perfect, though I think Celestia should have some form of spot removal.

-4 is soooooo broken.
the -8 is actually balanced, because it doesn't say "2 target creatures you control", so if you have no creatures, you don't have to exile any! yay!
