I dont know...seems too underwhelming for a 4 costed multicolor creature . If you gave her abilities an extra colored cost each but took away the tap mecahnic, it would be more versatile.

Y'know "Tribal" is a supertype for non-creatures. The point of Tribal is that it allows you to give creature types (like zebra or pony) to non-creatures. The benefit of this is in cards that search for Zebras or Ponies, or that power up for every Zebra or Pony in play. Creatures can theoretically have Tribal, but there's no point - they can already have creature types.

Also, Zecroa should probably be a Zebra Pony, otherwise things that effect Ponies won't effect her.

The 'Tribal' thing was really an artistic choice, rather than a mechanics one.

Real life zebras? No, barring several centuries of selective breeding. MLP ones? Yes, judging from the size and proportions. But that's a debate about semantics for fictional creatures in a magical setting, so...
